The featured kilim is from the city of Sirjan in Persia. This vintage kilim has one of the traditional diamond motives. The color harmony of this gorgeous kilim is admirable, and the colors are slightly muted due to its age. The field color is a muted tone of plum and the central diamond sits proudly in the middle of the plain field. The colors of the motives consist of rose pink, green, blue, black with beige highlights. The stunning borders are decorated with mini flowers called rosette.
