The featured rug is an authentic Hand-Knotted Antique Heriz rug from Azerbaijan Province of Persia and she is 120 years old. The design features tribal and angular motives all over the rug and finished with stunning borders. The background color is navy blue with contrasting green, blue and salmon tones. The use of lemon tones in and around the central medallion gives this stunning piece a unique character. The borders are decorated with admirable abstract floral design and the rustic color used in the borders creates a fabulous contrast. Over all the colors shows a great example of Abrash in natural dyes. This Antique piece has aged perfectly and is in great condition.
