This is an authentic Tribal Handwoven Baluchi Rug made by the Baluch tribe in Afghanistan. This vintage piece is around 40 years old and in excellent condition. It has an all-over design that involves abstract flower motifs and nice borders.
Our vintage rugs are sustainable products as they are made of pure wool and organic/vegetable dyes. There are color changes within the field called “Abrash” which comes from different batches of wool and organic dyes. This results in stunning stripes of different tones in one color.
Vintage rugs in our collection are in great condition. Based on their age signs of wear or imperfection to be expected. We believe that this is part of their unique charm. All of our vintage rugs are professionally washed and repaired in case it needs.
